These Service Terms govern all services provided by CKeyserStudio (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging with our services, requesting a quote, or accepting a proposal, you agree to these terms.

CKeyserStudio provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • Website development

  • UI/UX design

  • Graphic design

  • Consulting and related digital services

All services are provided based on individual project agreements and scope discussions.

 

3. Enquiries and Consultations

Submitting a contact form or enquiry does not constitute a formal agreement for services.

Initial discussions (including calls or meetings via Google Meet or in person) are non-binding and are used to understand project requirements and provide a potential proposal or quote.

 

4. Quotes and Acceptance

  • All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment.

  • Quotes are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated.

  • A project is only considered confirmed once written acceptance (email or message confirmation) has been received.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

 

5. Scope of Work

All work will be carried out according to the agreed scope outlined in the proposal or communication.

Any additional features, revisions, or requests outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges or timeline adjustments.

 

6. Changes and Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as agreed per project.

Significant changes to the scope after work has begun may require a revised quote and updated timeline.

 

7. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed on a per-project basis and communicated before work begins.

Work may be paused or withheld if payments are delayed or not received as agreed.

 

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate and complete project information

  • Required content (text, images, branding assets)

  • Timely feedback and approvals

Delays in providing necessary information may affect project timelines.

 

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Final deliverables become the client’s property once full payment has been received.

  • CKeyserStudio retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

10. Third-Party Services

Some projects may involve third-party tools or services (e.g. hosting, plugins, APIs).

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or changes of third-party services.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, CKeyserStudio shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Business interruptions

  • Loss of data due to third-party systems or client misuse

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

In such cases, payment will be due for all work completed up to the termination date.

 

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Service Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
